After our initial visit to your home, we will provide you with a proposal and contract detailing the scope of work and cost.

For those who have a scope of work that includes permits and planning, we will assist you in obtaining necessary permits. We will coordinate with building officials to ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.

We will provide a complete list of the finishing material the project will need and by when they will be needed. If design is included in our proposal, we will help you make decisions on all the finishing materials needed. We will measure and provide the quantity needed as well.

Before construction begins, we will setup an on-site meeting to go over the project plan. Each week, you will receive an email with a progress update. We will also meet you in person when needed. Communication via emails, texts and calls are returned within 24 hours.

After construction completes, we will walk through the entire project with you to go over maintenance tips and our warranty.

We have a 1-year warranty on all our workmanship. If you have any questions, we will address any of your concerns timely. Thanks to many of our past clients, our business has grown tremendously by referral. We pride ourselves in taking good care of our clients and their homes.
